Palácio Tangará, Oetker Hotels, is the first Oetker Collection masterpiece in South America, an extraordinary urban oasis nestled amid the greenery of the famous Burle Marx Park in the heart of São Paulo. Designed by architects B+H Architects, Bick Simonato, and PAR Arquitetura, with bespoke interior design by Bick Simonato and Anastassiadis, the hotel offers European hospitality combined with Brazilian Art de vivre.
The hotel features 141 spacious, air-conditioned rooms, including 59 suites, all boasting beautiful views of the park, with some offering furnished balconies or terraces. Guests can indulge in a diverse culinary experience across two restaurants. The award-winning Tangará Jean-Georges, the only restaurant in South America by Michelin-starred Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten, offers fine dining with à la carte and 6-course tasting menus. Pateo do Palácio is an open-air restaurant with a park-view terrace, featuring daily live Jazz, Blues, and Bossa Nova music, Afternoon Tea (Monday-Friday), Feijoada (Saturdays), and Sunday Brunch. Additional dining options include a coffee shop/cafe for snacks, a bar/lounge, a poolside bar, and 24-hour room service. Buffet breakfasts are served daily for a fee.
For relaxation and recreation, the hotel offers a full-service Lancôme Absolue Spa with massages, body treatments, and facials. Recreational amenities include a health club/gym, two heated swimming pools (one indoor, one outdoor), a sauna, jacuzzi, Pool BBQ on sunny Saturdays, and a Kids Club for children's recreation.
Business and event needs are met with 9 event rooms spanning 4844 sq ft (450 sq m), including a conference center, meeting rooms, a ballroom for up to 600 guests, and terraces overlooking the park, with a maximum capacity of 1000 people.
