The Ungasan Clifftop Resort is a sanctuary of unparalleled luxury nestled into 7.5 hectares of perfectly manicured tropical gardens in Pecatu, Bali. Perched 150 meters above the Indian Ocean, it offers magnificent panoramic ocean views.
The resort features seven unique, oversized, and architecturally refined five-bedroom villas. Each villa provides an exclusive haven of privacy with 30 meters of cliff frontage and a private swimming pool overlooking the ocean. These villas offer flexible holiday solutions for extended families, large groups of friends, and special occasions such as corporate events, launches, weddings, birthdays, and anniversary celebrations. Villas are fully furnished with designer kitchens, rain showers, ample indoor/outdoor lounge areas, flat-screen cable TVs, iPod docks, refrigerators, bottled water, and mini bars. Select villas also feature a balcony or terrace, linen service, and air conditioning. Bathrooms are equipped with hair dryers, toiletries, and bathrobes.
Guests can indulge in a full-service spa offering massages, body treatments, and facials, or unwind in the sauna. Recreational amenities include a private beach with special access to Sundays Beach Club, a cliff-edge infinity outdoor pool, and outdoor tennis courts (lawn and hard courts). A fitness center and games room are also available.
Dining options abound with international cuisine at WAATU, fine dining and an extensive wine menu at Selatan Restaurant, and seafood specialities and wood-fire pizzas at Sundays Beach Club. Guests can enjoy snacks at the coffee shop/cafe, or relax with a drink at the bar/lounge, beach bar, or poolside bar. Cooked-to-order breakfasts are available daily for a fee. BBQ facilities and a shared kitchen are also provided for those who wish to prepare their own dishes.
The resort offers exceptional service and top-notch amenities, including complimentary wireless internet access throughout the property. A 24-hour front desk provides concierge services, express check-in/out, luggage storage, and safety deposit boxes. Guests can arrange airport transportation services (available for a surcharge), taxi, and shuttle services, and benefit from complimentary parking and free valet parking. Additional conveniences include 24-hour room service, daily housekeeping, dry cleaning, laundry service, and a ticket service for booking local activities and tours. Wedding services are also available.
In accordance with local regulations, all visitors must remain within the property during Seclusion Day (Nyepi)/Hindu New Year for a 24-hour period (starting at 6 AM). Check-in and check-out will not be possible on that date, and Ngurah Rai Airport (Bali International Airport) is also closed. Smoking is strictly prohibited within the entire premises of the resort, restricted exclusively to assigned zones.
The Ungasan Clifftop Resort is located in Pecatu, within a 10-minute drive of Melasti Beach and Garuda Wisnu Kencana Cultural Park. It is also a short drive from the beautiful Pura Luhur Uluwatu temple. Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS) is approximately 16.9 km away.
