Treetops Lodge & Estate is an award-winning luxury lodge nestled within 2,500 acres of 800-year-old native tall tree forest in Horohoro, Rotorua. Situated in the heart of an eco and wilderness park, it offers a unique New Zealand experience with breathtaking terrain, including 7 trout streams, 4 lakes, and over 70 km (43 miles) of hiking trails.
Guests can choose from 13 luxurious suites and villas, many offering views of the forest and lakes. Each guestroom is designed for comfort, featuring fireplaces, LCD televisions with digital programming, iPod docking stations, phones, laptop-compatible safes, and desks. For golf enthusiasts, a personal invitation is extended to visit their sister lodge, The Kinloch Club in Taupo, which features an 18-hole Jack Nicklaus-designed golf course. Guests also have exclusive access to a private helicopter for visits to Rotorua's geothermal attractions and lakes. The lodge features a game room with an antique billiards table and a timber-paneled library with a fireplace.
