It is in the heart of the most important Italian telecommunications district nearby prestigious Television Studios (Mediaset, SKY-TV) and Radio Stations (Radio Italy and RTL). This is the first modern designed hotel in Italy themed after the film industry. The Studios Hotel signage is part of the highest water fountain in Lombardia, resembling a gigantic roll of film.
