Hôtel des Academies et des Arts is a boutique hotel located in the historic 6th arrondissement of Paris, dedicated to the creative arts. It is ideally situated, just a 5-minute walk from the Luxembourg Gardens and 85 metres from Vavin Metro Station. Nearby attractions include Tour Montparnasse (0.6 km), Paris Catacombs (1 km), and the Cartier Foundation for Contemporary Art (550 metres).
Steeped in history, the hotel is near Amedeo Modigliani's workshop and opposite the renowned Académie de la Grande Chaumière. Owners Charlotte and Laurent Inchauspé commissioned street artist Jérôme Mesnager to create a distinctive atmosphere with his signature white figures. The hotel features sculptures adorning the stairwell, a video art room showcasing various artists, and a charming courtyard. Staff can also organize visits to nearby art studios.
