Each 2-bedroom villa (500 sq m including garden, 21 sq m per bedroom) features a 75 sq m private garden with a private 75 sq m swimming pool including a shallow children's area, a large open-plan living room (75 sq m) with high ceilings and an American-style kitchen, and two bedrooms each with a partially open-air bathroom and a 10 sq m dressing room. Large bay windows provide ample natural light.
