The hotel is a short drive from Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS) and provides a 24-hour airport shuttle (surcharge). Amenities include a full-service spa, Rush Bamboo Restaurant (poolside with bar/lounge), complimentary Wi-Fi, concierge services, babysitting (surcharge), a business center, dry cleaning/laundry services, multilingual staff, a meeting room, free valet parking, and complimentary beach shuttle service (subject to availability).
